Beer holiday in the world, part 2- time to move from Heineken to other Dutch brand?? in Amsterdam!

My beer holiday keeps going from Munich to Amsterdam. I did not have any ideas on Dutch beers apart from Heineken and Amstel.

Obviously, Heineken and Amstel are not proper beers, but lagers. Most of beer cafes and restaurants were occupied by the world of Heineken in Amsterdam, unfortunately.

After several disappointments with several pints of Heineken, I found one of the beer called Barvaria, which was not bad compared to other lagers. I enjoyed drinking, but just found this brand was not from Holldand, but Germany!! I was disappointed again, and wondered how Dutches enjoy their drinking life with only Heineken.

I have no Dutch friends, so have you got any ideas??
